The phrase "Holy Community" could mean many different things to different people. Some would prioritize the social life of members of the community, others would focus on the intellectual or spiritual life. Some would emphasize working for social justice, others on outreach to the not yet affiliated. Some would begin by considering which movement their shul should belong to, others would start by asking what makes our shul distinct. The purpose of this blog is to invite all those who wish to join Congregation Agudas Achim in creating a holy community to join the conversation by posting their views, considering and responding to the views of others.
