If you answered yes, you are invited to join our Ritual Director, Ed Frankel for the first workshop on how to be Gabbai at 7:30 PM. The Gabbai is the person who assists with Torah readings, follows the reader to ensure there are no errors, calls people up to the Torah, recites special prayers for people receiving alyiot and more.
Would you like to learn how blow shofar? Agudas Achim is looking to train a number of congregants in the art of blowing the shofar. Strong lungs required. The shofar blowing class will meet at 8 PM and if you are so inclined you can attend both classes.
