Yizkor Booklet

Dear Friends of Congregation Agudas Achim,
 
Throughout the year, memorial booklets listing loved ones are set out for those in attendance at High Holiday and Yizkor services.  These booklets represent contributions to Agudas Achim.  The donations made by those listing their loved ones in the memorial booklets are used to help support our religious school, youth and other synagogue programs throughout the year. 

As in the past, we will provide two booklets: one released for Rosh Hashanah & Yom Kippur; the other for Shemini Atzeret, Pesach, and Shavuot.  We apologize for the books not being out at Rosh Hashanah last year; they will be there this year.

If you wish to remember and/or honor your loved ones, please select your desired quantity of listings from the dropdown lists below.  After payment, you will be asked to fill out a form to complete your listings.

Only listings with complete information and pre-payment will appear in the booklets.

All listings must be ordered no later than Monday, August 16.
