Memorial Book/ High Holiday Yizkor Remembrances 2025/5785

Our Yizkor remembrances will be included in our High Holiday Bulletin this year. The Bulletin will include messages from the congregation’s leadership, information about upcoming programs and more! Of course, our personal Yizkor remembrances and yahrzeit calendar will remain a major focus.
Yizkor Remembrances
As in the past, we encourage you to include not only names, but also brief personal remembrances about the people we love who are no longer with us. In this way, their memories will live on not just by family and friends, but by all who read the booklet. Remembrances should be no longer than two sentences.
SAMPLE
                   Herschel and Florence Greenbaum in memory of brother, Larry Greenbaum;
He loved to sing, often joking that he was the Tony Bennett of our family, and he continued to share melodies to his final days.
 

If you wish to list your loved ones in the memorial booklet, please enclose your donation check for $72, made payable to Congregation Agudas Achim, together with this completed form.  You can also return the enclosed credit card form or you can complete this form online and pay at www.agudasachim.org.
